Patrick is an account manager on the Client Services team. He works closely with IT, Implementation, Communications, Sales, Billing, and insurance carriers to guarantee that all client needs are met. He analyzes data files for accuracy and fluid formatting, creates and reviews enrollment materials, and provides timely customer support. Before joining Covala Group, he was a Client Success Specialist at Beyond Finance.

Patrick graduated from William Paterson University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys volleyball, working out, sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
