As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to PII.
In all cases described below, you may cancel your product/service; edit/delete your PII; by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org; or by contacting us by telephone at 800-235-3551; or writing us at Covala Group, 40 Wall Street, Suite 1304, New York, NY 10005.
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service by Covala Group to its clients referred to in this document as the Client or Clients.

Covala Group collects information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose PII it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the Client (the data controller). If requested by our Client to remove PII we will respond within a mutually agreed upon timeframe. If you would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients, please contact them directly.
We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
We will retain PII we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
While you are employed by the company through which you became a Covala Group customer, no information will ever be shared with third party companies for the purpose of marketing. After separation from that employer, you will be given a choice to opt out of sharing information with any third party companies for the purpose of marketing that may occur from that point forward.
