Nikita is an associate on the Data Analysis team. She supports disability and related benefit programs, working closely with internal teams, account managers, and carrier partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Nikita holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics with a concentration in Data Analytics from Baruch College (CUNY). She is passionate about exploring how data analysis can transform raw data into meaningful stories and actionable insights. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering cuisines from different cultures, cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
