Kourtne is a Production Associate at Covala Group, where he helps to manage enrollments from start to finish and oversee external vendors to ensure smooth operations. His role allows him to work closely with both clients and partners, ensuring that every step of the process runs efficiently. Before joining Covala, he worked at a law firm in the mailroom, where he gained experience in operations and logistics, and at Linguado, a language-learning app, where he was exposed to the fast-paced world of tech and digital communication.

Kourtne earned his degree in Marketing from the University of Hartford, where he also co-founded a sports business club with a close friend. This experience gave him valuable insight into leadership, networking, and the business side of sports—an industry he has always been passionate about. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and exploring new places whenever he gets the chance
