Sales Operations Manager

Isaac is the manager of the Sales Support team, acting as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Marketing and insurance carriers. His team ensures smooth and accurate day-to-day sales support, timely turnarounds of RFP’s contracts, proposals and presentations. Prior to joining Covala Group, Isaac was a Senior Account Executive at MetLife specializing in Executive Benefits.

Isaac graduated from Rutgers School of Business with a degree in Marketing. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, music and sports.
