Alena Sowka
Client Service Associate

Alena is an Account Manager on the Client Services team.  She works closely with IT, Implementation, Marketing, Sales, Billing and insurance carriers to guarantee that all client needs are met. She analyzes data files for accuracy and fluid formatting, creates and reviews enrollment materials, and provides timely customer support. Before joining Covala Group, she worked as a Client Relationship Specialist at The Hartford in the small business department.

She graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
