Adrianna Merrill is an Implementation Specialist and Account Manager at Covala Group. She supports clients through a successful implementation process and ongoing account management. In her role she partners closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth enrollments, clear communications, and strong overall execution. Adrianna brings valuable industry experience to her work, having previously served as a Claims Examiner for short-term disability claims.

Adrianna earned her degree in Business Administration from SMCC. Outside of the office, she enjoys kayaking, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. She also has a love for jigsaw puzzles in the colder months.
