Oppenheimer & Co. Long-Term Care (LTC) Solution
Spouses may now enroll in the Oppenheimer & Co. Long-Term Care (LTC) benefit.
If you have not previously enrolled yourself, please follow these steps:
1. Log in again at www.Opco.SolveLTC.com and then click the Enroll Now button. This will put you in Trustmark’s portal.
2. After you select your benefit amount you will be asked to choose beneficiaries. On this page click the “+” on the right side of the screen and enter Spouse and all of the required information.
3. You will then see a screen with both you and your Spouse. Select your Spouse’s name and you will be directed to select their benefit amount.
4. Click Next and proceed with the enrollment for both you and your spouse simultaneously.
If you have already enrolled yourself, please follow these steps to enroll your Spouse:
1. Log in again at www.Opco.SolveLTC.com and then click the Enroll Now button. This will put you back in Trustmark’s portal.
2. If you had previously added your Spouse as a beneficiary, you will see them listed. Click on your Spouse’s name and complete the enrollment as you did for yourself. (Please note that if you submitted your initial application prior to this current week, you may have to hit the Unlock button first to make any changes.)
3. If you had not previously added your spouse as a beneficiary take the following steps:
a. On the top menu bar under You and Your Family, select Dependents. (Please note that if you submitted your initial application prior to this current week, you may have to hit the Unlock button first to make any changes.)
b. Select Add A Dependent and enter Spouse and all the required information. (Please note that if you submitted your initial application prior to this current week, you may have to hit the Unlock button first to make any changes.) Click Next.
c. You will then see your Spouse listed. Click Next. On the following screen, click Unlock.
d. You will then select the desired benefit amount for your Spouse (rates illustrated based on Spouse’s age). Then click Next.
e. You will then see a screen with both you and your Spouse. Be sure to first select your own name if there is an error symbol (triangle with exclamation point) to edit your beneficiaries. Click Next.
f. You will then be directed back to the home screen where you can click on your Spouse’s name and complete the enrollment as you did for yourself.
