Director of Operations

Matea is the Director of Operations that oversees the administration of all billing processes, data management, print production, and office management. This includes establishing procedures, workflows, training and development of staff; quality standards and continued evolution of our systems. Matea has been with Covala Group since 2011, previously in an Billing Manager role, mainly focused on managing billing for institutional clients.

In her spare time, Matea enjoys learning about architecture, different cultures, and spending time with her friends and family.
