Zakiya is a Covala Group Associate responsible for billing/data analysis, as well as providing administrative support and customer service to clients to resolve application and policy issues.

Zakiya graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and is an avid NY Yankees fan.
