Heraldo is currently working on a degree in liberal arts at John Jay College. Prior to Covala Group, Heraldo was working for Christian Dior at their customer relations center. Currently he is an Administrative Assistant and his duties include processing applications, managing files, and setting up appointments.

He enjoys recreational sports and spending time with his family.
