Christine Pappas is the Office Manager for Covala Group. She is also the assistant to Michael Griffin. Before joining Covala Group she spent several years working in the Food & Hospitality business for the Union Square Hospitality Group.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
